Theo đó, diện tích đất dự kiến thu hồi thực hiện dự án hơn 235ha của 2.615 thửa đất; có 2.217 trường hợp bị ảnh hưởng bởi dự án này.
Tiến độ thu hồi đất là sau 90 ngày đối với đất nông nghiệp và 180 ngày đối với đất phi nông nghiệp kể từ ngày ban hành thông báo thu hồi đất.
Dự kiến tháng 6/2025, sẽ thực hiện di dời người dân khỏi khu vực thu hồi đất (đợt 1) và đợt 2 vào tháng 10/2025.
Khu đô thị mới cao cấp Cổ Mã có quy mô sử dụng đất hơn 235ha thuộc xã Vạn Phước, huyện Vạn Ninh (phía bắc Khu Kinh tế Vân Phong); quy mô dân số khoảng 9.700 người.
Khu đô thị mới cao cấp Cổ Mã có tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 5.970,6 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, chi phí thực hiện dự án hơn 5.314 tỷ đồng; chi phí bồi thường, hỗ trợ tái định cư hơn 655 tỷ đồng.
Trong một diễn biến khác có liên quan, mới đây, UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa đã phát đi Thông báo số 33/TB-UBND truyền đạt ý kiến kết luận của Chủ tịch tỉnh Khánh Hòa Nguyễn Tấn Tuân tại cuộc họp thường kỳ tháng 1/2025.
Theo đó, ông Nguyễn Tấn Tuân – Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa yêu cầu, trong tháng 2/2025, các cơ quan liên quan cần chuẩn bị các điều kiện cần thiết, sẵn sàng khởi công xây dựng dự án khu công nghiệp Dốc Đá Trắng (trong quý 1/2025) và các dự án Khu đô thị quy mô lớn trên địa bàn tỉnh trong quý 2/2025 như Khu đô thị ven vịnh Cam Ranh, Khu đô thị Tu Bông, Khu đô thị hỗn hợp Vĩnh Thái, Bệnh viện đột quỵ, các dự án khu đô thị và sân golf ở Cam Lâm,…
| Ngày 14/1/2025, Phó Thủ tướng Chính phủ Trần Hồng Hà ký Quyết định phê duyệt kế hoạch thực hiện quy hoạch tỉnh Khánh Hòa thời kỳ 2021 – 2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2050. Ban hành kèm theo kế hoạch nói trên là danh mục các dự án dự kiến ưu tiên đầu tư và phân kỳ thực hiện đến năm 2030. Trong các dự án nói trên có rất nhiều dự án trên lĩnh vực hạ tầng khu đô thị như: Khu đô thị Đông Bắc Ninh Hòa 1; Khu đô thị Đông Bắc Ninh Hòa 2; Khu đô thị Ven vịnh Cam Ranh; Khu đô thị mới Cam Lâm; Khu đô thị - Trung tâm thương mại cồn Ngọc Thảo và Khu biểu diễn nghệ thuật Cồn Nhất Trí; Nhóm các dự án Khu đô thị đa năng cao cấp Đầm Môn; Nhóm các dự án Khu đô thị đa năng cổ Mã - Tu Bông; Khu đô thị đa năng cao cấp Vĩnh Yên - Mũi Đá Son; Khu đô thị đa năng Ninh Hải; Khu đô thị sinh thái - nghỉ dưỡng Đầm Nha Phu; Khu đô thị sinh thái Diên Khánh - Khánh Vĩnh; Khu đô thị dọc hai bên bờ Sông Cái Nha Trang. |
