Phối cảnh dự án A&T Saigon Riverside
Dự án được triển khai trên diện tích 6.848,8m2, với quy mô gồm 2 tòa tháp cao 40 tầng nổi và 2 tầng hầm, cung ứng cho thị trường 917 căn hộ, 10 căn shophouse và 65 căn condotel.
Diện tích các căn hộ dao động từ 32,5-94m2, thiết kế dưới dạng 1-3 phòng ngủ. Riêng các căn penthouse có diện tích từ 81,4-254,2m2 thiết kế dưới dạng duplex 2 tầng.
Tổng vốn đầu tư dự án khoảng 2.173 tỷ đồng. Thời gian thi công từ tháng quý III/2025 đến quý IV/2028 và đưa vào sử dụng vào quý I/2029.
A&T Saigon Riverside chính thức được UBND tỉnh Bình Dương chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, đồng thời chấp thuận nhà đầu tư theo Quyết định số 3687/QĐ-UBND vào ngày 17/12/2024.
Ngày 04/04/2025, UBND TP.Thuận An ban hành quyết định số 1874/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt đồ án quy hoạch tổng mặt bằng tỷ lệ 1/500 dự án Căn hộ cao cấp A&T bên sông Sài Gòn (A&T Saigon Riverside).
Được biết, Công ty cổ phần đầu tư phát triển đô thị A&T Thuận An (thành viên thuộc A&T Group) được thành lập ngày 10/09/2023, có trụ sở tại 54C Khu phố Hòa Long, phường Lái Thiêu, TP.HCM. Người đại diện doanh nghiệp là ông Đặng Hồng An.
Công ty hoạt động trên các lĩnh vực kinh doanh như: Đầu tư Bất động sản; cung cấp các dịch vụ ăn uống - hàng lưu niệm tại các sân bay của Việt Nam; kinh doanh thương mại máy móc, thiết bị cơ khí; đầu tư tài chính; khách sạn lưu trú; Nông nghiệp Công nghệ cao…
Ngoài dự án này, chủ đầu tư A&T Group cũng đang triển khai dự án khác tại TP.Thuận An (cũ) là A&T Sky Garden, tọa lạc tại đường Cách mạng Tháng Tám, phường Lái Thiêu, TP.Thuận An (nay là phường Lái Thiêu, TP.HCM) .
Dự án này chính thức khởi công vào ngày 17/01/2024, với tổng diện tích xây dựng khoảng 7.684m2 và quy mô cũng bao gồm 2 tháp cao 40 tầng nổi và 2 tầng hầm, cung cấp ra thị trường 946 căn hộ và 17 căn shhophouse thương mại.

Sáng ngày 18/1, Pi Group phối hợp cùng tổng thầu Decofi khởi công xây dựng dự án Picity Sky Park, tọa lạc tại mặt tiền quốc lộ 1A, gần kề cầu vượt Linh Xuân, đại lộ Phạm Văn Đồng.

Ngày 17/1 vừa qua, chủ đầu tư A&T Group đã chính thức khởi công hai tòa căn hộ cao 40 tầng thuộc dự án A&T Sky Garden, tại đường Cách Mạng Tháng Tám, phường Lái Thiêu, TP. Thuận An, tỉnh Bình Dương.
