Dự án nhà ở xã hội chung cư Phú Tài Lộc đã được UBND tỉnh Bình Định (trước đây) phê duyệt chủ trương đầu tư đồng thời chấp thuận Nhà đầu tư theo Quyết định số 761/QĐ-UBND ngày 15/3/2023.

Theo đó, chủ đầu tư thực hiện dự án là Công ty cổ phần Xây lắp Công nghiệp Bình Định và Công ty TNHH MTV Phú Tài Lộc.

Dự án có tổng vốn đầu tư 358 tỷ đồng, được triển khai trên khu đất có diện tích khoảng 4.711,2m2. Công trình được xây dựng với quy mô 1 khối nhà chung cư cao 23 tầng, tổng diện tích sàn sử dụng khoảng 29.000m2, cung cấp 273 căn hộ nhà ở xã hội và 13 căn nhà ở thương mại.

Ngoài ra, dự án còn có hệ thống hạ tầng đồng bộ gồm sân bãi, cây xanh, bãi đỗ xe, đường nội bộ và các công trình phụ trợ khác.

Mục tiêu của dự án là xây dựng khu chung cư nhà ở xã hội kết hợp nhà ở thương mại, đồng bộ hạ tầng kỹ thuật và hạ tầng xã hội, đáp ứng nhu cầu về nhà ở cho các đối tượng đủ điều kiện theo quy định, đồng thời góp phần chỉnh trang đô thị và phát triển kinh tế – xã hội địa phương.

Mới đây, Gia Lai vừa chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư cho dự án nhà ở xã hội phía Tây đường Trần Nhân Tông 2 (Lamer 3).

Theo quyết định, dự án do Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Tân Đại Minh làm chủ đầu tư, triển khai trên diện tích khoảng 1,6ha tại phía Tây đường Trần Nhân Tông, phường Quy Nhơn Bắc với tổng mức vốn khoảng 901 tỷ đồng. Lamer 3 dự kiến cung cấp 858 căn hộ, đáp ứng chỗ ở cho khoảng 2.574 người.

Bên cạnh đó, Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Gia Lai tiếp tục công bố danh mục 3 dự án nhà ở xã hội lớn để kêu gọi nhà đầu tư với tổng vốn sơ bộ khoảng 3.780 tỷ đồng.

Tại khu vực phường Quy Nhơn Bắc, dự án nhà ở xã hội Long Vân 1 được quy hoạch trên diện tích hơn 2ha với tổng vốn đầu tư dự kiến 1.251 tỷ đồng.

Tại khu vực phía Đông, dự án chung cư nhà ở xã hội tại số 1006 đường Trần Hưng Đạo, thuộc phường Quy Nhơn cũng đang tìm kiếm chủ đầu tư. Dự án có tổng mức đầu tư sơ bộ hơn 601 tỷ đồng trên diện tích đất khoảng 0,3ha.

Tại khu vực phía Tây, dự án nhà ở xã hội tại Khu công nghiệp Trà Đa (phường Pleiku) là dự án có mức đầu tư sơ bộ lớn nhất trong đợt kêu gọi này với 1.932,666 tỷ đồng. Dự án dự kiến triển khai trên khu đất hơn 6,6ha, quy mô 5 tầng.

Tính đến nay, toàn tỉnh Gia Lai đã triển khai tổng cộng 26 dự án nhà ở xã hội với hơn 12.000 căn hộ.
