Bình Định sắp tìm nhà đầu tư dự án Khu du lịch núi Xuân Vân tại TP. Quy Nhơn

Theo đó, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bình Định đồng ý thu hồi chủ trương đầu tư đối với dự án Khu du lịch Ghềnh Ráng (giai đoạn 2, tên thương mại do nhà đầu tư đặt là Khu du lịch biệt thự - nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp La Poesie) đã được UBND tỉnh chấp thuận tại Văn bản số 4280/UBND-TH ngày 25/9/2014.

Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bình Định giao Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư thực hiện thủ tục chấm dứt hoạt động của dự án đầu tư theo quy định.

Sở Xây dựng chịu trách nhiệm lập Quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/500 khu vực núi Xuân Vân, trình cấp có thẩm quyền xem xét phê duyệt.

Sau khi Quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/500 được phê duyệt, Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Bình Định tiếp tục lập đề xuất dự án đầu tư, gửi Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư tổ chức thẩm định và tổng hợp vào danh mục các dự án đấu thầu, đấu giá trên địa bàn tỉnh.

UBND thành phố Quy Nhơn chịu trách nhiệm rà soát, đưa dự án nêu trên vào Danh mục dự án thu hồi đất, Kế hoạch sử dụng đất hàng năm, trình cơ quan có thẩm quyền thẩm định báo cáo UBND tỉnh thông qua Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh.

Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bình Định cũng giao Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường chỉ đạo Trung tâm Phát triển Quỹ đất tỉnh lập sơ bộ phương án giải phóng mặt bằng, trình cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt làm cơ sở để xây dựng yêu cầu sơ bộ năng lực kinh nghiệm và tổ chức lựa chọn nhà đầu tư theo quy định.
