Theo đó, UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa giao UBND huyện Khánh Sơn chịu trách nhiệm quản lý địa phương đối với các hoạt động du lịch trên địa bàn; chủ trì, phối hợp với các cơ quan, đơn vị liên quan tăng cường công tác kiểm tra, giám sát đối với các tổ chức, cá nhân tham gia hoạt động du lịch trekking tuân thủ đúng quy định pháp luật, đảm bảo an toàn cho người, an ninh trật tự xã hội, công tác phòng cháy, chữa cháy rừng,...
Sở Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn tỉnh chịu trách nhiệm chủ trì, phối hợp với UBND huyện Khánh Sơn và các cơ quan, đơn vị liên quan tham mưu UBND tỉnh xây dựng đề án du lịch sinh thái phù hợp với phương án quản lý rừng bền vững để phát triển hoạt động du lịch trekking Tà Giang trên địa bàn huyện Khánh Sơn.
Việc xây dựng đề án du lịch này nhằm khai thác tiềm năng, lợi thế của địa phương, hình thành sản phẩm du lịch đặc thù có thương hiệu để thu hút du khách, góp phần tăng thu nhập cho hộ dân, xóa đói, giảm nghèo vùng đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số và miền núi của huyện Khánh Sơn.
Sở Du lịch, Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường, các cơ quan, đơn vị liên quan phối hợp, hỗ trợ Sở Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn cho ý kiến góp ý vào Đề án theo chức năng, nhiệm vụ quản lý.
