Hà Giang thu hồi siêu dự án 1.500 tỷ của FLC tại “thánh địa du lịch” Mỏ Neo

Dự án được FLC “vẽ” hoành tráng với tổng vốn 1.500 tỷ đồng, từng được kỳ vọng trở thành khu nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp bậc nhất Đông Bắc, đón khoảng 2.000 khách/ngày với các tiện ích như khách sạn 5 sao, bể bơi vô cực, trung tâm hội nghị quốc tế, bungalow trải dọc triền núi... Thế nhưng, sau lễ khởi công rầm rộ năm 2021, khu đất vẫn chỉ là một bãi cỏ hoang. Tháng 10/2022, Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư Hà Giang đã thông báo chấm dứt hoạt động đầu tư dự án.

Trước tình trạng “đắp chiếu” kéo dài, chính quyền tỉnh Hà Giang quyết định thu hồi đất, đưa về quản lý nhà nước, đồng thời mở cơ hội cho các nhà đầu tư có năng lực thực sự và cam kết hành động cụ thể. FLC được yêu cầu xử lý toàn bộ tài sản trên đất trong vòng 15 ngày, nếu không sẽ bị cưỡng chế theo quy định.
