Cụ thể, phiên đấu giá gần nhất diễn ra vào ngày 8/5, với 83 lô đất thuộc khu đấu giá tại xã Chính Lý, huyện Lý Nhân. Các lô đất có diện tích từ 126–194m2, giá khởi điểm 2,2–3,8 triệu đồng/m2. Để tham gia, khách hàng cần đặt trước từ 57–131 triệu đồng tùy lô.

Tiếp đó, vào ngày 12/5, 68 lô đất tại xã Nhân Bình, huyện Lý Nhân sẽ được đưa ra đấu giá, với diện tích từ 105–200m2/lô. Giá khởi điểm từ 3,3–4,2 triệu đồng/m2, mức tiền đặt trước dao động 70–157 triệu đồng.

Đáng chú ý, phiên đấu giá lớn nhất sẽ diễn ra vào ngày 13/5, với 142 lô đất thuộc khu đấu giá tại xã Thanh Phong và xã Thanh Hà, huyện Thanh Liêm. Các lô có diện tích 85–100m2, giá khởi điểm 4–5,5 triệu đồng/m2, tiền đặt trước từ 72–106 triệu đồng.

Ngay sau đó, vào ngày 15/5, 95 lô đất tại khu đô thị mới thị trấn Bình Mỹ, huyện Bình Lục sẽ được mang ra đấu giá. Đây là những lô có vị trí trung tâm, diện tích 105–219m2, với giá khởi điểm cao nhất trong đợt này, từ 5,8–7,1 triệu đồng/m2.

Phiên đấu giá cuối cùng trong chuỗi sẽ diễn ra vào ngày 16/5, tiếp tục với 117 lô đất tại xã Thanh Phong và xã Thanh Hà, huyện Thanh Liêm, diện tích 84–130m2/lô, giá khởi điểm 4–5,5 triệu đồng/m2. Hình thức đấu giá là bỏ phiếu kín một vòng, trả giá lên – cho thấy sự cạnh tranh dự kiến sẽ rất gay gắt.

Với quỹ đất lớn, mức giá khởi điểm đa dạng, đợt đấu giá tháng 5 tại Hà Nam được kỳ vọng sẽ góp phần làm “nóng” thị trường bất động sản địa phương, đồng thời tạo thêm nguồn thu ngân sách đáng kể. Những khu đất nằm tại các vùng trung tâm huyện, có hạ tầng hoàn thiện sẽ là những “điểm nóng” thu hút nhà đầu tư.
