Hưng Yên: Thành lập tổ chuyên trách “truy” tiến độ hàng loạt dự án nghìn tỷ

Tính đến nay, Hưng Yên có 175 dự án khu đô thị, khu dân cư, khu nhà ở đã được phê duyệt chủ trương đầu tư, trải rộng trên hơn 3.000 ha. Trong đó, 113 dự án đã hoàn thành giải phóng mặt bằng và đang triển khai xây dựng.

Ở lĩnh vực công nghiệp, toàn tỉnh hiện có 16 khu công nghiệp (KCN) với tổng diện tích 3.648 ha, thu hút 698 dự án đầu tư, tổng vốn lên tới hơn 7.400 triệu USD và 54.000 tỷ đồng. Một số KCN đạt tỷ lệ lấp đầy tới 70%, nhưng các KCN thuộc khu kinh tế mới chỉ dừng ở mức 46%.

Bên cạnh những tín hiệu khả quan, UBND tỉnh cũng nhìn nhận thẳng thắn nhiều tồn tại: hạ tầng một số dự án chưa đồng bộ, nhà đầu tư chậm triển khai dù đã nhận đất, khó khăn về giải phóng mặt bằng, khan hiếm nguồn vật liệu san lấp và giá thành cao đang gây áp lực lớn lên tiến độ.

Trước thực trạng này, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Hưng Yên Nguyễn Khắc Thận yêu cầu các cấp ngành không được phép chậm trễ. Tỉnh sẽ thành lập ngay Tổ công tác chuyên trách để theo dõi sát sao, đôn đốc, tháo gỡ khó khăn cho từng dự án. Việc chuyển giao hồ sơ, tài liệu phải được thực hiện nghiêm túc, đồng bộ.

Lãnh đạo tỉnh yêu cầu Sở Tài chính tập huấn sâu sát nghiệp vụ giải ngân cho cán bộ cơ sở; Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường phải hỗ trợ tháo gỡ vướng mắc pháp lý cho địa phương và nhà đầu tư; Sở Công Thương phải hoàn thiện danh sách các cụm công nghiệp trình UBND tỉnh trong kỳ họp tới.

Với các dự án vốn ngoài ngân sách, Chủ tịch tỉnh yêu cầu đánh giá lại toàn diện năng lực chủ đầu tư. Dự án nào chậm, hay cần điều chỉnh đều phải được tổng hợp sớm để trình xin ý kiến chỉ đạo.

Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Hưng Yên cũng giao trách nhiệm cho các phó chủ tịch UBND tỉnh, lãnh đạo các sở ngành tăng cường kiểm tra hiện trường, giám sát tiến độ, kịp thời tháo gỡ các vướng mắc liên quan đến thanh toán, quyết toán vốn đầu tư công.
