Thông tin mới tại dự án sân golf hơn 2.200 tỷ ở Hưng Yên

Theo Cổng thông tin điện tử tỉnh Hưng Yên, dự án do CTCP Phát triển Hạ tầng và Đô thị Hoàng Huy làm chủ đầu tư, quy hoạch trên diện tích gần 110 ha thuộc xã Nam Phú, huyện Tiền Hải cũ.

Dự án được thiết kế với quy mô 27 hố theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, đi kèm nhiều hạng mục đồng bộ như sân tập golf, khách sạn, khu lưu trú, nhà điều hành và các công trình phụ trợ, hứa hẹn tạo ra một quần thể nghỉ dưỡng – thể thao hiện đại.

Trong cuộc họp mới đây về tiến độ dự án, Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Hưng Yên Lại Văn Hoàn đã lắng nghe kiến nghị từ phía chủ đầu tư. Đại diện doanh nghiệp cho biết hiện đang gặp khó khăn về nguồn vật liệu san lấp, giá đất và mong muốn tỉnh xem xét chủ trương cho phép doanh nghiệp tài trợ kinh phí lập quy hoạch, từ đó mở đường cho các dự án bất động sản và dịch vụ du lịch ăn theo sân golf được khởi động. Các sở, ngành liên quan cũng tham gia thảo luận, làm rõ các vướng mắc và đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp nhằm tháo gỡ cho dự án.

Về phía địa phương, UBND tỉnh đã ban hành quyết định giao đất và thực hiện bàn giao ngoài thực địa cho chủ đầu tư. Trên cơ sở đó, doanh nghiệp đã ký kết một số gói thầu thi công, trong đó ưu tiên triển khai tuyến đường D1 – trục kết nối chính dẫn vào khu vực dự án. Đây được coi là hạng mục quan trọng, tạo tiền đề cho các bước xây dựng tiếp theo.

Nếu thuận lợi, sân golf Cồn Vành sẽ hoàn thành và đưa vào khai thác đầu năm 2028. Khi đó, không chỉ bổ sung một điểm đến thể thao – nghỉ dưỡng đẳng cấp cho Hưng Yên, dự án còn mở ra cơ hội phát triển hệ sinh thái du lịch – dịch vụ đồng bộ, góp phần nâng tầm hình ảnh và thu hút dòng vốn đầu tư mới cho địa phương.
