Theo đó, dự án có diện tích đất dự kiến sử dụng khoảng 132,74 ha, được triển khai tại phường Phong Phú, thành phố Huế.

Mục tiêu dự án nhằm đầu tư xây dựng sân golf 27 lỗ và các hạng mục, công trình phụ trợ phục vụ cho việc quản lý, vận hành, khai thác sân golf đáp ứng các tiêu chí sân golf theo đúng tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn hiện hành; phục vụ nhu cầu thể dục thể thao, vui chơi giải trí của người dân và khách du lịch đến Huế.

Khai thác hiệu quả quỹ đất, hình thành sân golf góp phần phát triển kinh tế xã hội trên địa bàn thành phố.

Quy mô kiến trúc xây dựng dự kiến: Theo Quy hoạch phân khu xây dựng (tỷ lệ 1/2.000) Khu du lịch nghỉ dưỡng kết hợp sân golf và các dịch vụ phụ trợ phường Phong Phú, thành phố Huế tại Quyết định số 1425/QĐ-UBND ngày 19/5 của UBND Thành phố Huế.

Tổng mức đầu tư của dự án gần 630 tỷ đồng. Thời hạn hoạt động của dự án là 50 năm kể từ ngày có Quyết định giao đất, cho thuê đất, chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất.

Tiến độ xây dựng cơ bản và đưa công trình vào hoạt động hoặc khai thác vận hành không quá 48 tháng kể từ ngày được giao đất, cho thuê đất. Trong đó thời gian khởi công không quá 12 tháng kể từ ngày có Quyết định giao đất, cho thuê đất, chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất.

Trong một diễn biến có liên quan, thành phố Huế cũng vừa công bố kêu gọi đầu tư dự án Đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng Khu công nghiệp, Khu phi thuế quan số 01 Chân Mây hơn 1.452 tỷ đồng và dự án Đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng Khu công nghiệp, Khu phi thuế quan số 02 Chân Mây hơn 2.325 tỷ đồng.

Trong đó, dự án Đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng khu công nghiệp, Khu phi thuế quan số 01 Chân Mây có quy mô sử dụng đất khoảng 238,5 ha, được triển khai tại xã Chân Mây – Lăng Cô.

Dự án Đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng khu công nghiệp, Khu phi thuế quan số 02 Chân Mây có quy mô sử dụng đất khoảng 267,6 ha, được triển khai tại xã Chân Mây – Lăng Cô.
