Khu công nghiệp hơn 6.300 tỷ đồng tại Thái Nguyên nhiều năm ì ạch vì vướng giải phóng mặt bằng
Mới đây, lãnh đạo tỉnh Thái Nguyên đã trực tiếp kiểm tra tiến độ Khu công nghiệp (KCN) Sông Công II và các khu tái định cư liên quan. Đây là dự án trọng điểm với tổng mức đầu tư hơn 6.300 tỷ đồng, quy hoạch gần 550 ha, được chia làm hai giai đoạn.
Thái Nguyên công khai danh mục 10 dự án và hàng chục quỹ đất phát triển nhà ở xã hội
Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Thái Nguyên vừa có văn bản gửi Trung tâm thông tin tỉnh, đề nghị đăng tải công khai danh mục các dự án, vị trí, quỹ đất dự kiến đầu tư phát triển nhà ở xã hội trên địa bàn, theo đúng tinh thần Luật Nhà ở 2023, các nghị định hướng dẫn của Chính phủ và chỉ đạo của Thủ tướng về phát triển ít nhất 1 triệu căn hộ cho người thu nhập thấp, công nhân khu công nghiệp giai đoạn 2021 – 2030.
