Chính phủ vừa ban hành Nghị định 261/2025, nâng trần thu nhập người mua nhà ở xã hội lên 20 triệu đồng/tháng với cá nhân, đồng thời giảm lãi suất cho vay xuống còn 5,4%.

Ngày 11/10/2025, Thủ tướng Phạm Minh Chính đã chủ trì phiên họp thứ hai của Ban Chỉ đạo Trung ương về chính sách nhà ở và thị trường bất động sản, tập trung thảo luận về phát triển đột phá nhà ở xã hội, với tinh thần hành động rõ ràng là phải làm cho được, làm nhanh, làm thực chất và hiệu quả chương trình phát triển một triệu căn nhà ở xã hội cho người lao động, người thu nhập thấp.

Nghị định 261/2025/NĐ-CP sửa đổi nhiều nội dung quan trọng liên quan đến chính sách nhà ở xã hội, trong đó quy định mức lãi suất cho vay mua nhà.
