TP.HCM chốt phương án xử lý dự án khu “đất vàng” Thương xá Tax
UBND TP.HCM vừa yêu cầu Tổng công ty Thương mại Sài Gòn - TNHH Một thành viên (Satra) trả lại khu đất Thương xá Tax nếu không đáp ứng điều kiện tiếp tục thực hiện dự án.
Cận cảnh thương xá Tax hơn 130 tuổi trước giờ đập bỏ
CafeLand – Sau hơn 130 năm tồn tại, tòa nhà thương xá Tax tọa lạc trên khu đất “vàng” giao lộ Lê Lợi - phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ (quận 1, TP.HCM) sẽ bị đập bỏ để nhường đất xây dựng tòa tháp trung tâm thương mại cao 40 tầng.
