Từ đầu năm 2025 đến nay, toàn tỉnh Gia Lai đã thu hút 157 dự án với tổng vốn đăng ký 82.752,5 tỷ đồng.
Trong số 157 dự án nói trên có 143 dự án đầu tư trong nước với tổng vốn đăng ký 47.264,8 tỷ đồng và 14 dự án FDI với tổng vốn đăng ký 35.487,7 tỷ đồng.
Phân theo lĩnh vực có 74 dự án thuộc lĩnh vực công nghiệp; 23 dự án thuộc lĩnh vực xây dựng và hạ tầng; 18 dự án thương mại dịch vụ du lịch; 41 dự án nông, lâm nghiệp và thủy sản; 01 dự án bất động sản, kinh tế đô thị. Phân bố theo địa bàn có 35 dự án trong khu kinh tế, khu công nghiệp, 38 dự án trong cụm công nghiệp và 84 dự án ngoài khu.
Tỉnh cũng đã thực hiện điều chỉnh 149 dự án với vốn đầu tư tăng thêm 6.634,2 tỷ đồng và thu hồi, chấm dứt hoạt động 05 dự án.
Tính từ thời điểm sáp nhập đến nay (gần 04 tháng), tỉnh đã thu hút 39 dự án với tổng vốn 26.898,65 tỷ đồng. Trong đó địa bàn Gia Lai Đông thu hút 27 dự án với tổng vốn 23.065,69 tỷ đồng, địa bàn Gia Lai Tây thu hút 12 dự án với tổng vốn 3.832,96 tỷ đồng. Các dự án điều chỉnh trong cùng thời gian là 64 dự án với tổng số vốn điều chỉnh 4.445,73 tỷ đồng.
Từ đầu năm 2025 đến nay, trên địa bàn tỉnh đã có 07 dự án được khởi công hoặc động thổ, gồm dự án đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng Khu công nghiệp Phù Mỹ; khu sản xuất chế biến nông lâm sản tập trung; cụm công nghiệp Bình Thành; cụm công nghiệp Cát Hiệp; cụm công nghiệp Cát Hanh; khu dân cư dịch vụ và giáo dục phía Tây đường Tây Sơn; khu chung cư cao tầng CH-01 và CH-02 thuộc dự án khu dân cư Ghềnh Ráng; Trường Phổ thông liên cấp FPT Quy Nhơn.
