UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng vừa phát đi thông báo về việc thu hồi toàn bộ diện tích đã giao, cho phép chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất tại dự án Sài Gòn Đại Ninh.

Theo đó, UBND tỉnh Lâm Đồng thông báo thu hồi toàn bộ diện tích đã từng giao, cho thuê và cho phép Công ty cổ phần đầu tư - du lịch Sài Gòn Đại Ninh (gọi tắt Công ty Sài Gòn Đại Ninh) chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất để thực hiện dự án khu đô thị thương mại, du lịch, nghỉ dưỡng sinh thái Đại Ninh (dự án Sài Gòn Đại Ninh).

Theo thông báo, diện tích bị thu hồi hơn 1.428ha. Lý do thu hồi được nêu là doanh nghiệp vi phạm quy định Luật Đất đai, chậm đưa đất vào sử dụng.

Trong thời hạn 45 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo này, Công ty Sài Gòn Đại Ninh, chủ sở hữu tài sản gắn liền với đất, người có quyền lợi và nghĩa vụ liên quan có trách nhiệm tự tổ chức xử lý tài sản trên đất (nếu có).

Trường hợp không liên lạc được với người có đất bị thu hồi hoặc người có đất bị thu hồi không nhận được thông báo này (theo kết quả báo phát của bưu điện) thì thời hạn 45 ngày được tính từ ngày báo phát của bưu điện.

Dự án Sài Gòn Đại Ninh được cấp chứng nhận đầu tư năm 2010, tổng diện tích khoảng 3.595ha. Trong đó diện tích đất rừng khoảng 1.306,44 ha, đất ngoài lâm nghiệp khoảng 329,44 ha và lòng hồ khoảng 1.959,87 ha.
