Theo đề xuất của UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa, khu đất đấu thầu thực hiện dự án Khu đô thị mới Cam Ranh có diện tích khoảng 94,7ha, tại phường Bắc Cam Ranh.

Mục tiêu dự án là đầu tư xây dựng một khu đô thị đồng bộ hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật, hạ tầng xã hội, có công năng phục vụ hỗn hợp, hiện đại nhưng mang đậm bản sắc riêng của một Khu đô thị ven biển, năng động, ngang tầm quốc tế,…

Sơ bộ tổng vốn đầu tư của dự án hơn 6.494 tỷ đồng. Thời hạn hoạt động của dự án là 50 năm kể từ ngày nhà đầu tư được cơ quan có thẩm quyền quyết định giao đất, quyết định cho thuê đất, quyết định chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất.

Dự kiến tiến độ thực hiện dự án là từ quý 3/2026 đến quý 4/2034. Trong đó, thời gian hoàn thành các thủ tục pháp lý và bắt đầu triển khai thi công xây dựng là 18 tháng, kể từ ngày ban hành quyết định lựa chọn nhà đầu tư.

Tiến độ xây dựng cơ bản và đưa công trình vào hoạt động hoặc khai thác vận hành từng phần sớm nhất là 12 tháng, kể từ ngày dự án được cấp giấy phép xây dựng và triển khai thi công.

Thống kê từ UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa cho biết, năm 2025, công tác thu hút đầu tư của tỉnh đạt kết quả bứt phá rõ rệt so với năm 2024. Cụ thể, số lượng dự án đầu tư ngoài ngân sách được cấp mới đạt 80 dự án, tăng gấp 2 lần so với năm 2024.

Đặc biệt tổng vốn đăng ký đầu tư tăng cao, đạt khoảng 495,3 nghìn tỷ đồng, tăng gấp 5,9 lần so với năm 2024; quy mô vốn đăng ký bình quân/dự án khoảng 6,2 nghìn tỷ đồng, tăng gấp 2,9 lần so với năm 2024.

Kết quả nói trên đã cho thấy hiệu quả công tác thu hút đầu tư được cải thiện rõ rệt, đã thu hút thành công các dự án chất lượng, có quy mô lớn, mang tính chất chiến lược.

Trong số các dự án có quy mô lớn, đóng vai trò động lực thúc đẩy tăng trưởng của tỉnh, nổi bật là Khu công nghiệp Cà Ná với tổng vốn đầu tư khoảng 3,875 nghìn tỷ đồng; Nhà máy nhiệt điện LNG Cà Ná quy mô 56 nghìn tỷ đồng; Khu đô thị mới Cam Lâm lên tới 283,3 nghìn tỷ đồng.

Bên cạnh đó còn có hàng loạt dự án đô thị, du lịch – dịch vụ đáng chú ý như Khu phức hợp Mũi Cỏ – Bãi Rạn (4,2 nghìn tỷ đồng), Khu phức hợp Vũng Ngán (2,8 nghìn tỷ đồng), Khu đô thị mới Đầm Môn (25,6 nghìn tỷ đồng) và Khu đô thị mới Tu Bông (43 nghìn tỷ đồng), góp phần tạo nền tảng cho tăng trưởng dài hạn của Khánh Hòa.
