Phối cảnh dự án xây dựng hạ tầng khu tái định cư hơn 49ha tại phường Phước Tân

Dự án Xây dựng hạ tầng khu tái định cư hơn 49ha tại phường Phước Tân đã được HĐND tỉnh thông qua chủ trương đầu tư tại Nghị quyết số 12/2023/NQ-HĐND ngày 14/7/2023.

Đây là dự án đặc biệt quan trọng nhằm phục vụ tái định cư cho Dự án Đầu tư xây dựng đường bộ cao tốc Biên Hòa - Vũng Tàu (giai đoạn 1) và các dự án đầu tư xây dựng khác trên địa bàn tỉnh.

Các hạng mục hạ tầng kỹ thuật được đầu tư xây dựng gồm: Đường giao thông, san nền, cấp nước, cấp điện, thoát nước mưa, thoát nước thải, thông tin liên lạc, trạm xử lý nước thải.

Tổng mức đầu tư của dự án hơn 2.800 tỷ đồng; trong đó, chi phí đâu tư xây dựng hạ tầng khoảng 1.100 tỷ đồng; còn lại là chi phí bồi thường, giải phóng mặt bằng.

Khi hoàn thành, dự án sẽ cung cấp 1.066 lô đất tái định cư, đáp ứng chỗ ở cho hơn 4.200 người. Giai đoạn tiếp theo sẽ đầu tư xây dựng 4 khối nhà ở cao tầng, đáp ứng chỗ ở cho hơn 3.700 người. Như vậy, tổng thể dự án có khả năng bố trí chỗ ở cho khoảng 8.000 hộ dân.

Dự án dự kiến cơ bản xây dựng xong hạ tầng kỹ thuật và bàn giao nền đất tái định cư cho người dân vào tháng 9/2026; hoàn thành, bàn giao công trình năm 2028.

Cùng ngày, tỉnh Đồng Nai cũng đồng loạt tổ chức khánh thành, khởi công, thông xe kỹ thuật 9 công trình, dự án nhằm chào mừng Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XIV của Đảng, tiêu biểu như khánh thành một số công trình và khai trương chuyến bay đầu tiên của dự án đầu tư xây dựng Cảng hàng không quốc tế Long Thành (giai đoạn 1); khởi công dự án nhà ở xã hội tại phường Tam Hiệp; nhà ở xã hội Khu dân cư liền kề Khu công nghiệp Đồng Xoài I, phường Đồng Xoài…
