Diễn biến mới tại dự án hơn 11.000 tỷ đồng ở thủ phủ du lịch khoáng nóng của miền Bắc

Ban Quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng khu vực I tỉnh Quảng Ninh đã chính thức công bố danh mục dự án Khu đô thị hỗn hợp tại phường Quang Hanh, mở đường cho việc lựa chọn nhà đầu tư thông qua hình thức đấu thầu cạnh tranh.

Dự án sở hữu quy mô lớn với diện tích lên tới hơn 132 ha, được định hướng phát triển thành một quần thể đô thị mới hiện đại, vừa để ở vừa kết hợp thương mại - dịch vụ - du lịch. Theo đề xuất, khu đô thị sẽ bao gồm đầy đủ các hạng mục như nhà ở thương mại, nhà ở xã hội, khu thương mại - dịch vụ, các tổ hợp du lịch - vui chơi giải trí, cùng hệ thống công viên cây xanh đơn vị ở, cây xanh đô thị và hạ tầng kỹ thuật hiện đại.

Dự án hướng đến hình thành một khu đô thị mới được quy hoạch bài bản, sở hữu hệ thống hạ tầng xã hội và hạ tầng kỹ thuật đồng bộ, không gian kiến trúc hiện đại và thẩm mỹ.

Khi hoàn thành, dự án sẽ bổ sung đáng kể nguồn cung nhà ở, nâng cấp diện mạo đô thị và mở rộng không gian dịch vụ du lịch chất lượng cao của tỉnh.

Ngoài dự án quy mô lớn nói trên, địa phương đang xúc tiến đấu thầu quốc tế đối với khu đô thị sinh thái kết hợp công viên chuyên đề rộng hơn 20 ha, với vốn đầu tư dự kiến khoảng 4.180 tỷ đồng, hướng tới các hoạt động du lịch, nghỉ dưỡng, giải trí và dịch vụ cao cấp ngay tại Quang Hanh.

Phường Quang Hanh - khu vực vốn được mệnh danh là “thủ phủ du lịch khoáng nóng” của miền Bắc.

Bên cạnh đó, một dự án khác từng gây chú ý là Khu đô thị 10B phường Quang Hanh với vốn hơn 1.230 tỷ đồng cũng đã được tỉnh tái khởi động sau hơn hai năm tạm dừng thi công, sau khi được rà soát kỹ ranh giới với vùng đệm di sản thiên nhiên thế giới Vịnh Hạ Long để đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định về môi trường và phát triển bền vững.

Những dự án đó nằm trong chiến lược dài hạn mà Quảng Ninh đang thúc đẩy để nâng tầm vị thế của khu vực này không chỉ với vai trò đô thị - thương mại, mà còn là điểm đến du lịch và dịch vụ chất lượng cao, tận dụng lợi thế kết nối gần Vịnh Hạ Long và hạ tầng giao thông ven biển.

Sự xuất hiện của các dự án đô thị lớn cùng không gian nghỉ dưỡng, dịch vụ - vui chơi giải trí đang khiến Quang Hanh trở thành tâm điểm đầu tư mới của tỉnh trong năm 2025-2026.
