Lý do nào giúp Ecopalace Đắk Lắk thu hút nhà đầu tư?

Thu hút đầu tư ngoài ngân sách tại Khánh Hòa đạt kỷ lục trong năm 2025.

Cụ thể, số lượng dự án đầu tư ngoài ngân sách được cấp mới đạt 80 dự án, tăng gấp 2 lần so với năm 2024. Đặc biệt tổng vốn đăng ký đầu tư tăng cao, đạt khoảng 495,3 nghìn tỷ đồng, tăng gấp 5,9 lần so với năm 2024; quy mô vốn đăng ký bình quân/dự án khoảng 6,2 nghìn tỷ đồng, tăng gấp 2,9 lần so với năm 2024.

Kết quả nói trên đã cho thấy hiệu quả công tác thu hút đầu tư được cải thiện rõ rệt, đã thu hút thành công các dự án chất lượng, có quy mô lớn, mang tính chất chiến lược.

Một số dự án quy mô lớn trong lĩnh vực công nghiệp, đô thị tạo động lực thúc đẩy tăng trưởng như: Khu công nghiệp Cà Ná (3,875 nghìn tỷ đồng); Nhà máy nhiệt điện LNG Cà Ná (56 nghìn tỷ đồng); Khu đô thị mới Cam Lâm (283,3 nghìn tỷ đồng); Khu phức hợp Mũi Cỏ - Bãi Rạn (4,2 nghìn tỷ đồng); Khu phức hợp Vũng Ngán (2,8 nghìn tỷ đồng); Khu đô thị mới Đầm Môn (25,6 nghìn tỷ đồng); Khu đô thị mới Tu Bông (43 nghìn tỷ đồng);…

UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa cho biết, công tác xúc tiến đầu tư được chú trọng đổi mới nội dung, phương thức triển khai có trọng tâm, trọng điểm để khai thác tốt nhất nội lực và thu hút tối đa ngoại lực cho đầu tư và phát triển.

Tỉnh đã tổ chức tiếp đón và làm việc với trên 16 nhà đầu tư lớn trong nước và quốc tế đến khảo sát, tìm hiểu môi trường đầu tư tại tỉnh.

Đơn cử như, đoàn doanh nghiệp Đài Loan (Trung Quốc), Hiệp hội Thể thao biển tỉnh Jeju (Hàn Quốc), Tập đoàn Ramid (Hàn Quốc), Tập đoàn SK (Hàn Quốc), Công ty TNHH Năng Lượng Liên Hợp (Bắc Kinh), Công ty Cổ phần Phong điện Thuận Bình, Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Đầu tư Khôi Nguyên, Công ty CP Cơ khí xây dựng thương mại Đại Dũng, Công ty Cổ phần Du lịch Lâm Đồng, Tập đoàn Hoàng Quân, Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn T&T,…

Đồng thời tổ chức 04 đoàn công tác của lãnh đạo tỉnh để thăm, làm việc và xúc tiến đầu tư tại các thị trường trọng điểm như, Trung Quốc, Hàn Quốc, Singapore, Italia, Thụy Sĩ.

Tỉnh cũng tổ chức, phối hợp tổ chức 04 sự kiện quy mô lớn gồm: Hội nghị gặp mặt doanh nhân kỷ niệm ngày doanh nhân Việt Nam 13/10 và tuyên dương doanh nhân, doanh nghiệp tiêu biểu năm 2025; hội nghị gặp gỡ và đối thoại doanh nghiệp năm 2025; hội thảo “Khánh Hòa - Hiện thực hóa tầm nhìn thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương và các bước đột phá trong kỷ nguyên mới”; hội nghị kết nối nhà đầu tư và triển khai chính sách tín dụng đầu tư của nhà nước.

UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa cho biết, công tác tư vấn, hỗ trợ nhà đầu tư được chú trọng. Cụ thể, đã tham mưu giải quyết khó khăn, vướng mắc cho 43 nhà đầu tư; trực tiếp hướng dẫn thủ tục đầu tư, đăng ký kinh doanh cho 153 nhà đầu tư, doanh nghiệp.
